2. What data we collect and why
We process personal data in the following situations:
- Contact form enquiries — name, e-mail address and the content of your message. Processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering into a contract — or Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
- Job applications — data you provide in your CV (name, contact details, education, employment history, etc.). Processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(a) for any additional data you choose to share).
- Website usage data — information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source) if you grant consent. See section 6 below.
3. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry correspondence — up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a business relationship is established.
- Recruitment applications — up to 12 months after the end of the recruitment process, or longer if you consent to being kept in our talent pool.
- Analytics and marketing data — for the period specified by the relevant cookie (typically up to 24 months) or until you withdraw consent.
4. Who we share your data with
Your data may be shared with trusted third-party IT service providers that support our operations (e.g. e-mail hosting, website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms). All such providers act on our instructions under appropriate data processing agreements.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of the tools we may use (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Insight) are provided by companies based in the United States. When we use such tools, your data may be transferred outside the EEA. We rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission — in particular Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. On request, we can provide more information on the safeguards in place.
6. Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. We distinguish the following categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function. Set without consent, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Analytics — e.g. Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. Set only after you consent.
- Marketing — e.g. Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, used to measure advertising effectiveness and build audiences. Set only after you consent.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy,
- rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete,
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten") where applicable,
- restrict the processing of your data,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- data portability (where applicable),
- withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at agency@moovemedia.eu.
